Plum has a variety of plum blossoms are native and introduced, and is growing on the lower slopes and valleys of the United States and southern Canada. Pip fruit is slightly greater than 3 cm and is colored red and blue. At maturity, it hangs on the lower branches, which are as thick as a pencil. The bark is dark brown and wrinkled.
