Volt Drill

If anything is that you can use a battery of 14 volts in 12 volt drill? will it hurt at all or void the warranty?

At work we have DEWALT an old 9-volt drill and sometimes 12 or 14 volt batteries used in it and seems to work well. I own a firestorm black and two-story 12 volt drill.

Basically, the windings and the armature of each year is set to the voltage marked on it. Yes, better battery that works, but you are ruining the drill motor and its guarantee is completely empty. As soon as it opens, they will know what happened and why. In the case of an old drill, no guarantee, but his life is shortened dramatically.
