Is it possible to turn a oil radiant heater on its side emerse into water to heat a sm.swimmming pool?

Of course the electrical components would be out of the water. The oil would heat the metal of the heater therefore the metal would heat the water.

NO!

The electrical components could complete a circuit to a near-perfect ground, resulting in a deadly electrocution hazard.

You’d be better off just adding some buckets of household hot tap water to the swimming pool to increase the temperature.
