You can not think that much of weight if you just use the drill from time to time. Trust me when I say this though, exercise is probably the most used power tool laptop in any woodworking. Some are even woodshops now require their own employees do not own codless drill with hand tools in general. Many have suggested to 18 volts and is a good suggestion. Personally, I have a 14.4 volt I keep an extra battery in the charger. I would not go less than 14 volts, which is going to appreciate the extra power. Another option I suggest studying if you are on a tight budget, would get a corded drill of the same manufaturers've listed above. Cable exercises Cordle have more power than one, do not require battery changes, and are much cheaper. The disadvantage of these are obviously portability. However, you could use your drill Wired, for now, save for a quality cordless phone in the future, and cable set aside for when you need to drill large, your wireless noy be able to handle.
