My indirect water heater tank is collasping?

Ive noticed that my indirect water heater tank is collasping, its a weil mcclain plus 60. There seems to be system pressure by pressing the air vent valve, but it seems to be less than 12PSI, mabye 1-2 PSI. Does that mean my expansion tank is full of water? Im gonna try checking the expansion tank for water in the air portion, and see what the pressure is. The boiler pressure gauge reads all sorts of stuff, i think its broken so it cant be taken for a measurement.

you need to change the guage and see what its really doing. it sounds like a bleedoff or expansion valve has quit.
